h.e. loves hump days

today is a good day, so far very exciting... last night was Dinosaur Bones, and it was a fantastic night!!! so much positive energy arising from multiple people and boy does it make you enjoy youtrself. We filmed the show, and pictures were taken! by the one and only asen3000 and his partner in crime!

so much of that will be dealt with tonight, and shown to you immediately!!!

so its an exciting day, but the outside sure counters that, FIERCELY!!!! i mean, if you're in the Toronto area, right now, then you're looking at a shit fit, its gnarly and gross and wet and your feet just feel like you know your getting a sickness.

but there is much work to do yet, so i will stay highburnated for now.

h.e. makes snow angels

we definitly have a canvas larger than expected, and earlier than is welcomed. That's right! it has snowed, and the snow is still here, a day after... you know what that means? no more skating outside, at least, comfortably. It sucks, but at least the video game industry will see a spike in interest, and alcoholic beverage sales will go up... also santa comes soon, so that's good.

Mike Plantus, finally we have some footage of Mike Plantus... its hard to get footy of Mikey, because he just likes to skate, straight up... he also completely rips shit apart, so when you can get a camera on him... the munts come out!

Had a wonderful skate throughout the core of the smoke last night, with h.e. riders Jesse, Mikey, and Sizzle... in tow we're Tom Wilk, James Dennome, and Quick was out with his camera, tho im thinkin he is leanin towards snappin photos. He was on point with the point-n-shoot. We had the normal of nights in the dot... security, security, douch-bag security, nice security, dude with a walkie-talkie and a suit.

Surprisingly Mikey and Tom skated a set, which is normally a bust, for a good long time, until they were both tired of it. Mikey had some choice words, but he still walked away with a FS flip. Afterwards James tried his luck at Cloud Gardens, but his board would rather swim.

I think thats good for a pointless, yet not so pointless update. maybe a clip of this night soon?

So there is some great news in the h.e. world. first off in the skate munt Dallas is ripping it hard and picking up sponsers left and right, I heard he is getting awesome packages from Centre, mad congratulations to him, and much love for the support of h.e. that Dalls is throwing down. h.e. loves you.

So it has officially begun... Humble Empire has launched... with our first run being 36 shirts, we hope it to be our smallest of runs. A great warm thanks goes out to everyone who visited 276 crawford, on Saturday for our humble launch party. True to the name the party was relaxed, mellow, and all in all a good time for a company of this caliber(or lack there of). I want to extend a big hug to everyone who purchased a shirt that night! If you are interested in a shirt, we have plenty left from the first run, and next week we will begin work on our second official run.

So when I was in Windsor, for a weekend... It wasn't because I'm crazy, sure, one could argue that very successfully. Why would one go to Windsor anyways, I mean, its your hometown Kyle, yes. But still!! this place is desolate to say the least. The funny thing about Windsor is that, on occasion, without warning... something great will happen. At times like these the orgiastic state of consumerism and manufacturing begin to erode before your very eyes, and the beautiful under-lying fabric that we, as skateboarders, created. Becomes the truth, the end, the only reason. We remember why we started skating in the first place. Because we needed a way out of Windsor. Be it physically or mentally, no matter where we are, even while in Windsor, If we get on that board... we can seperate ourselves from the beast of the "Motor-City's" retarded Canadian Cousin... The "City of Roses."

T SHIRTS!!! last night after I spent some hours with the lovely Sarah Castle, and after recieving two new games for the fancy white box attached to my television that emits light, and reacts to my fingers gestures on a wire-free control pad... stimulating my happiness nodes in my body controller (brain). MJ turned to me and said "Kyle, T shirts... we gotta" I say "ye, we do" so.... we will, whats different from any other time I said that we would? Mike and I now live together, so, hope to see you in a h.e. shirt soon!

Yes! Rejoice!

Its Finally happening!! the site is beginning to take form... just added the message and the mess!!

The message is where we will be posting random drawings, and comics of the like... where as the mess... well the title pretty much sells itself, for now videos.... more garbage most likely tho!! and watch for the first installment of "h.e. skates" a series of skate montages featuring humble riders.
