Digital Haircut is finally finished, after hours and hours of editing the video is complete!. I do not know how long you will have to wait, but hopefully not too much. But what I can do is share these frames from the video.








Now we begin to work on our next music video "kneel on the apron" by Bellewoods. I hope to have it complete within 30 days. Also don't forget one week from tonight is "My First Art Show" which has turned into my pre-birthday party so I hope a bunch of people can make it. Also the t-shirt party may or may not be happening this year, we are trying to figure out the right date so some great super awesome secret surprise bands can play, but we have had trouble finding a great venue. If you have any suggestions please let us know, but we had a great time last year at the Boat and might just end up there again.

Some of you know that we currently have a new music video for DD/MM/YYYY which is set to be released within the next week or so, it is also top secret. But I thought today we could share with you some of the sample images that I created. We used these to apply for a Video Fact grant but they had better things to spend their money on, and we were denied. The final video does not look like these frames but it was inspired by them.

Good Times

My first solo exhibit is coming up, and I am very excited. I will be showing off all of my paintings I have left from the out door art show, so if you were not able to make it down that weekend this is a great opportunity to check out my work. Also there will be some new paintings and drawings as well as special edition h.e. shirts on sale. The empire will be their in full except Murray he will be at home taking care of Boo.

The show is at the Earth & Fire gallery space located at 489 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor

We will have a Dj there, so you can come and boogey. Also as of midnight at the event my birthday party begins, so come early and stay late or come back or do what ever is best for you.

Mike found an old Tape from alot of years ago... I remember him going to this show, but i dont remember where it was, it was a small venue and he went during our college residence living years. He returned to the residence beaming after this show, and exclaimed he had some good footage of Tim playing The Good Life songs... although i never believed him about the footage till now.

here is the second video of "Live in Bellwoods" I want to say that this will be a long running series, or that we will even have a 3rd video. Most often when I plan these things they fizz out immediately after I call it a series. The world knows that h.e. loves cats, Kyle saved one of the best cats ever and named him Murray Hewitt, his decision to save him helped inspire me to begin fostering cats. It did not take long to find the cats I want to give a forever home to. Briscoe and Foley have lived with me and my girlfriend for around 5 months now, and every day we are so happy that we saved their lives. We have decided to adopt these cats so that we can watch them grow old as we do.

I would like to share this trailer with you for an upcoming documentary about cats in Toronto.

It's always nice to share, and that is what we at the empire try to do most. So today I am sharing a really great music video that screened with the debut of our hit "have you ever dated a guy before?" at the Bloor Cinema last year. This was one of my favorite pieces from the festival and I am sure you'll enjoy it too. This video was created by Exploding Motor Car.

in the future when all is well

Last year me and my friend Mark had the brilliant idea of breaking the world record for the worlds longest wrestling match, the current record for olympic style wrestling was around 11 hours and 20 minutes. The longest Pro-wrestlng match is around 3 hours. We were going to train and put on a 12 hour long pro-wrestling match. It would have worked perfectly for Nuit Blanche but sadly the applications for Blanche involved us relating our performance to one of their themes, and we could not fit in worlds longest wrestling match to any of their themes.

Anyways Mark made this great picture and I thought I would share it here on the blog, hopefully one day it will happen.
